Choose what you share
Personalization starts off. Turn it on in Settings to include a compact summary of your goal and recent progress, share relevant saved memories, and let Ask PURPOSE learn from what you tell it. You can turn it off at any time. Reflections and photos are excluded from this context. Anything you type in a question is sent with it.
Ask PURPOSE conversations are temporary and clear when you leave Ask PURPOSE or switch away from the app. Saved saved memories and preferences are separate. Memories and their supporting statements expire seven days after you state them, or you can delete them sooner.
Today’s totals, Next Step, reports and nutrition-label reading work on your device without AI. Subscription checks use internet separately.
